So I emailed them twice, finally got a reply just now. WTF is this? MY CARD IS NOT WORKING!

Absolutely no fucking info. I will have immediate access? WHEN?? I got the email, tried my card, it doesn't fucking work.
I think this is absolute bullshit. I've seen people get their money though, so there is hope, but what the hell is this? I figured I would have to authorize something else and that is why my card didn't work, but apparently not. What the hell?
Does anyone have any info on what they mean? Obviously they don't know when my card will work, or why it doesn't. Or they're not saying... GRRRR frustrating.
