My reply from the Epass bank ([email protected])
So I emailed them twice, finally got a reply just now. WTF is this? MY CARD IS NOT WORKING!

You have to call them. emailing them will do nothing, as you've seen.
If you don't get an answer the first time, call back again and say you are an American looking to open an account with $xxx,xxx and want to speak to a branch manager... then ask them about your epass card :2 cents: |

I thought this happened to me, because the ATM I usually used was throwing my card out every time I tried over the past few days. I tried one from a different branch today and it worked. Strange

I bet you are not the only one using their support system. It is most likely overflowed with emails. Have patience because it looks as everyone will get their money back.

I got the exact email last night, went to the atm after i got the email and nothing, the card doesnt work. I waited the morning to try again and the same ... still not working
I will email them again now and then call. |

Last week they had some technical issues where cards that should have worked were not and they were working on that immediately. At least that's what we were told.

I was told my card with $4200 on there should work and no need for further due dilligence. Then I called them on Monday and they told me I had to send the due dilligence info into them.
Pissed me off, but I have it all sitting infront of me and am about to send it in. I'll follow it up with a call as well tomorrow. |
