They didn't ask for any documents. My card hasn't worked, but I saw some people post that theirs did so I figured I probably did have to provide docs? So I emailed them to see.

And then I get this fucking canned response. I actually had to email them that twice, making sure to put "2nd Email" in the subject. I replied to them again though, so let's see what they say. I guess I need to call them. It isn't a ton of money, I just want to access it and be done with this crap. Maybe the customer service person is just stupid/lazy. Grr
