You have to call them. emailing them will do nothing, as you've seen.
If you don't get an answer the first time, call back again and say you are an American looking to open an account with $xxx,xxx and want to speak to a branch manager... then ask them about your epass card ![]()

I thought this happened to me, because the ATM I usually used was throwing my card out every time I tried over the past few days. I tried one from a different branch today and it worked. Strange

They didn't ask for any documents. My card hasn't worked, but I saw some people post that theirs did so I figured I probably did have to provide docs? So I emailed them to see.
Here is what I originally emailed them: ------- I would like to find out the status of my epassporte visa so I can access the funds asap. Here is the info requested per the latest message in the epass admin I just read: name/last 4 #s Please let me know what I need to do to access my funds. It was $xxx and change. ------- And then I get this fucking canned response. I actually had to email them that twice, making sure to put "2nd Email" in the subject. I replied to them again though, so let's see what they say. I guess I need to call them. It isn't a ton of money, I just want to access it and be done with this crap. Maybe the customer service person is just stupid/lazy. Grr |

I got the exact email last night, went to the atm after i got the email and nothing, the card doesnt work. I waited the morning to try again and the same ... still not working
I will email them again now and then call. |

Last week they had some technical issues where cards that should have worked were not and they were working on that immediately. At least that's what we were told.

I was told my card with $4200 on there should work and no need for further due dilligence. Then I called them on Monday and they told me I had to send the due dilligence info into them.
Pissed me off, but I have it all sitting infront of me and am about to send it in. I'll follow it up with a call as well tomorrow. |

the problem was that cards over 2k arent working and they promised us to put them in work after few days. however it looks that we will have send our DD documents too, not only the guys with 10k and more....
