Instead of taking a multivitamin why not have a bloodtest and find out what, if anything, you're deficient in.

If you're deficient in something you can change your diet accordingly, or take a supplement for whatever you need more of.

Vitamins, like most other 'Life Extension' things, are no different than the snake oil salesmen from yesteryear. The marketing has been ramped up with "Scientific Studies", but the game is the same: fountain of youth in a bottle.

I used to take a bunch of supplements until one day I realized just how shitty they made me feel. I stopped taking them over a year ago and would never take any of them again.

There are more studies than the ones linked to in this thread... All of them leading in the same direction: vitamins and supplements do more damage than good.

Yup Raw! I put them in the blender for about 15 seconds then toss in protein then water and blend it together.

I like the health benefits of oats but i don't think i could drink a protein shake then make a bowl of oatmeal and eat it like that. When you grind it up and put it in the shake it just thickens it up a bit and taste great. 4 gulps and you're done
