Yup Raw! I put them in the blender for about 15 seconds then toss in protein then water and blend it together.
I like the health benefits of oats but i don't think i could drink a protein shake then make a bowl of oatmeal and eat it like that. When you grind it up and put it in the shake it just thickens it up a bit and taste great. 4 gulps and you're done
