Vitamins, like most other 'Life Extension' things, are no different than the snake oil salesmen from yesteryear. The marketing has been ramped up with "Scientific Studies", but the game is the same: fountain of youth in a bottle.
I used to take a bunch of supplements until one day I realized just how shitty they made me feel. I stopped taking them over a year ago and would never take any of them again.
There are more studies than the ones linked to in this thread... All of them leading in the same direction: vitamins and supplements do more damage than good.
