What if you were to payout the commission that is owed, but then follow it up with a note that due to your current (or revised) terms of service, that you will no longer payout on PPC? Wouldn't this end the problem, end this thread, make it easier going forward, and hopefully save what seems to be a good affiliate?

Also, I have a question for you (and everyone else). What is so wrong with PPC anyway? I can see where it may diminish your own ranking on SE's if an affiliate was using "your" keywords in this way, but at the same time, you would have to admit that the guy knows what he's doing, and Thank God he's doing this for you and not your competitor. Shouldn't he be rewarded for this? Of course, it might be cheaper to do what he is doing yourself, but you're not, and he is. And, there's no risk to you because he only gets paid on commission.

I'm not choosing sides, I'm just letting you know this is the way I see it. Despite the name calling, this is an interesting thread that people can learn from.

I think the difference here is that Dirty D made no mention of it not being allowed in his TOS, and continued to accept my traffic and joins with no intention of paying me, all while never contacting me to tell me so. He was hoping that I wouldn't notice that he wasn't paying me, yet still continue to run the campaigns.

I remember BangBros awhile back sending out an email (I think they mentioned it here as well) that they would no longer be allowing affiliates to bid on "BangBus". But the difference here is that they made it clear, Dirty D just continued to accept my traffic without saying anything to me and without ever planning on paying for the joins I was sending.

I actually come here to try and do business too. And make no mistake about it...I know you have a chorus of folks on here saying over and over that this is bad business for Dirty D. Well, it's bad business for you too Shoehorn. This is lose/lose. None of this is professional. Both you and Dirty D are acting out of anger. And yes, it's entertaining everybody. But at the end of the day it's not going to make a dollar for you.

I suggest once again that you go back to private talks with Dirty D. Don't know if it will make much difference. This shit has probably gone too far for him to want to do anything but get payback for any percieved damage to his reputation. But there is always a chance you guys could talk like men and work it out.

I've wanted to work this out since before I made this post. I am still willing to work this out, I have said that several times. I have made it clear that all I want is the money that I am owed.
