the only thing left to do now is pay taxes and die

Perhaps you can discuss this with your wife and tell her that you want more of a social life. I don't think she'll be upset about it if you give her the impression that you want to include her in it. Obviously she's not going to let you bang 18 year olds from Myspace, but I suppose that when you get married and aim to create a stable and comfortable homestead you lose touch with the social scene and she might be excited with you about reconnecting to it.

Maybe a little bit of fun can reverse the aging process that marriage has accelerated (at least mentally).

Edit: I've never been married, so I'm still bright-eyed and idealistic about the prospect. These words should probably be taken with a grain of salt.

Fortunately for me, I am from the pre-AIDS, love and sex are separate, generation.

I love and adore my wife. She truly is my soulmate. I've been happily married more than half my life.

However, sexist as it may sound, I think that men are wired to have sex with many different women, as often as possible.

The irony in all of this is that since I became active in the adult industry, the amount of my extramarital sex has actually gone down. Perhaps that is a factor of how busy I am shooting others having sex, and perhaps it is because I am content to bang my wife lovingly, while having the occasional "massage therapist/escort" take care of the rest of my needs...as hollow as that experience generally is.

BTW, their is no such thing as an overpriced bed. You spend a good one-third of your life in bed - buy the best you can afford.

I generally try to stay in five-star hotels, but believe me, there is no place like home when you have the ultimate comfort bed to sleep upon each night.

I am going through the exact same thing with my girlfriend of almost 5 years. She used to be so jealous and controlling. At the start of the relationship you kinda let these things pass.You think they are cute and shit.

2 years later it´s not so cute anymore. You start sneaking out at night and meeting girls.
Fast forward to today, 5 years later, and she thinks we are gonna get married soon and I´m thinking how to get out of this relationship fast.

I know it´s a shitty thing to do since she´s an amazing girl and I doubt I´m gonna find such a dedicated and loving woman to spend the rest of my life with, but for the past 5 months I have had such an urge to go out and party and fuck every girl I see.
I know I´ll probably regret it later on in life but I´ve spent the past 5 years of my life (from 23 to 28 yo) with her and know I need to do everything I didn´t do while I was with her.

I wish I could have met her last year after doing all those things and gotten them out of my system.

I feel you. In the last year I have come to the conclusion marriage is not for me. I am all about a life partner, and if they are greedy and worried about assets should there be kids, or 20 years invested then we'll go work out a legal agreement.

I simply need more honesty and freedom to live my one shot at life on this planet. Trying to be something I am not and fit into some archaic social or religious structure to satisfy the government or her parents is just not my style.
