Every married guy, has regrets at some point. I do, yesterday comes to mind.
But in the end, you have to think of why you got married. I'm sure she loves you and does things that nobody else will do for you.
Marriage is not just about sex, you will eventually get bored of haveing sex with the same girl over and over. So if sex is the only reason you are married, get out now.
Love is about the details, the combination of things, from looks, to careing about each other, to being equals, or agreaing on the crap you both speak each day.
