Someone correct me if i am wrong but these guys were recently sued by a young lady for $5 Million. She sued them for profiting from her likeness and conspiring to get her drunk as shit. They had every right to videotape her in public but not the TV commercials in which she appeared to ENDORSE their product. No i am not a lawyer but thats what i found in my research. So if a company is sued for $5 Million and doesnt even respond knowing they will have to fork over $5 Million they must be doing okay! Great marketing!!! I am actually surprised he is the only one doing this. For now anyways

The owner of GGW is a former college student from the fake USC. (University of Southern California). Not the real one where Lou Holtz coaches. He was involved in some entrepreneur classes and when he graduated he started this one video and now he has made millions. He was on Howard Stern one day and they were ragging him about how he frequently visits the playboy mansion and bangs some bunnies.

Some rugby buddies I know once printed up some GGW T-shirts and went down to St. Patrick's Day in Savannah, GA and acted like they were with the company to get good tit shits. I heard the video rocked bc. the girls really showed the stuff for GGW.

watch those infomercials and commercials closely...THAT is selling...all you newbie gallery/site makers..watch those commercials and look at how they SELL the product..they don't give you the tits for free, they give you the TEASE and you have to buy the tits...I went on a long rant about these a couple months, some motivated soul can probably search for the thread, I'm too lazy right now....but I'd advocate newbies to watch these and all the infomercials and watch how they put together the presentation of the product...watch shit like QVC and watch how they whip little old ladies into a buying frezny during their "Hour Of Pure Shit You'll Buy Because We Are Expert Marketers"

Tornado, the company that was sued for 5 million dollars is actually a different one based down in Florida. If you notice right about a few month ago, there were two sets of commercials on E! tv for that specific product: Girls Gone Wild and Wild Party Girls.
The latter was the one that lost the default gudgement in Texas for 5 million dollars. They never bothered to show up in court. The girl that sued them was in fact at spring break down at South Padre Island when that whole shit went down, then she saw her face all over E! showing them titties.
Since then, the Wild Party Girls crew have pulled there commercials/infomercials from E! basically handing out the whole market segment to the Girls Gone Wild entrepreneurs.

It's too bad though that most of the stuff now is stagged. Only a small segment of it is actual real spontaneous footage.
I followed the GGW guys at Mardi Gras then at Fantasy Fest, because they had these big ass beads that chick just dig. But one thing I noticed though, they let the girls in their crew carry model releases so they can try convinving most of the flashers to sign them on the spot. Not a bad idea.

I am personnaly trying to get out of the public nudity game. The liabilities are too great, and unless I am able to print money like the Girls Gone Wild peops, then I think I going to explore other niches.

Yeah, I saw a show on GGW, it was on Dateline or 20/20 I think, anyways....they were showing how these guys do it and basically they just have a guy that has a video camera and wanders the beach and the clubs in Florida, Mexico, Lake Havasu, etc... during spring break and other times of the year and he goes up to girls and asks if they want to flash their boobs for GGW. If they say "yes" then he gives them a GGW t-shirt and gets them to sign a release form. But now there is a whole bunch of people copying the idea, so like during spring break in Cancun or somewhere, you'll see like 15-20 guys with cameras doing the same thing....I think the girls are gonna get tired of all these guys asking them to flash all them time. It will get old very quick. This shit won't sell in 2003. I watched the GGW video and it was boring as shit....it gets old VERY fast. Its just the same thing over and over. 1-2-3-boobs! Wow....big fucking deal.

Well for starters, the company that got sued was the wrong one. The girls lawyers made a mistake on the forms and thus there is no judgement now.

Running a one minute ad on late nite tv isn't that expensive. Running a half hour infomercial is a million dollar project for the production and initial run, and in the hundreds of thousands per run after that. These costs include the money it takes to run the call center, the distribution centers, etc. as there is a lot more involved than just putting something on tv and paying for it to run...

This is why I'm impressed. I wasn't impressed at all by the :60 second spots they were running but they really did it up for the half (or full) hour infomercials. Not only is it blatent porn product running infomercials(!), the entertainment value is just as good as a 'Wild On...' on the E network! They spent a lot of money on this which means they are making a lot of money.

Heeellllo??? There is no judgement since the girls lawyers incorrectly named the defendant. Making it a very wise move on the defendants part to sit quietly and not show up or say a word until it was over.

Default judgements don't mean that much either, since the judicial system will nearly always allow someone on the receiving end to come into court at a later date over the matter.

You are soooo right on. They give the tease but do not give away the farm. Several of our merchants have toned down their tours to softcore and non-graphic covered hardcore and have almost all seen increases in signup conversions. It is a good idea and I wish more free sites would do the same.

Anyone else seeing the same results?
