Someone correct me if i am wrong but these guys were recently sued by a young lady for $5 Million. She sued them for profiting from her likeness and conspiring to get her drunk as shit. They had every right to videotape her in public but not the TV commercials in which she appeared to ENDORSE their product. No i am not a lawyer but thats what i found in my research. So if a company is sued for $5 Million and doesnt even respond knowing they will have to fork over $5 Million they must be doing okay! Great marketing!!! I am actually surprised he is the only one doing this. For now anyways
