Well for starters, the company that got sued was the wrong one. The girls lawyers made a mistake on the forms and thus there is no judgement now.
Running a one minute ad on late nite tv isn't that expensive. Running a half hour infomercial is a million dollar project for the production and initial run, and in the hundreds of thousands per run after that. These costs include the money it takes to run the call center, the distribution centers, etc. as there is a lot more involved than just putting something on tv and paying for it to run...
