Heeellllo??? There is no judgement since the girls lawyers incorrectly named the defendant. Making it a very wise move on the defendants part to sit quietly and not show up or say a word until it was over.
Default judgements don't mean that much either, since the judicial system will nearly always allow someone on the receiving end to come into court at a later date over the matter.
