Do you mix milk with your scrambled eggs?

I tried it for the first time this morning and WOW! Makes them super moist and I'm hooked!

If you don't know what I'm talking about. When you beat your eggs in a bowl before scrambling them pour in a little bit of milk and beat it together. Then cook them. DELICIOUS!!!

I use evaporated milk, it's even better.

Some say to use sour cream, I tried it but still prefer the evaporated milk.

...and a sploosh of tobasco. :D

Don't use tabasco, try Sriracha hot chili sauce (the red stuff w/ the rooster on the bottle) you'll never go back.

I love the tobasco dude.... but next time I'm hunting for hot sauces I'll look for the one you suggest. Don't know if I've ever seen it before but I'll look.

I'll give the evaporated milk a shot but you can keep the tabassco sauce! I've just never gotten a taste for the tabassco sauce. It's a personal preference but I'd rather go with good ole' fashioned Lousianna hot sauce. I like that strong vinegar taste.

I might make another batch of eggs just to try the evaporated milk.

Too much milk and you end up with french toast batter.

Yeah, the evaporated milk is great in scrambled eggs. 1 or 2 % both work fine.

I use just a dab of tobasco, and when mixed with the eggs just adds a hint of spice, nothing more. I've tried the Louisiana hot sauce, it's good but not the right spicy flavor I look for.

If it works for you, that's what you go with though. :D

Absolutely.

Just a couple of teaspoonfuls is usually enough.

Yep a tiny bit. Makes them more fluffy. Also use a tiny onion powder and garlic powder.

I havent tried scrambled eggs but I like omelettes. My fave way to make them is to use olive oil and cook it in really low heat and mix the yellow and white together, but i dont scramble it a bowl or anything, i also leave it whole so its in a circle... and the i'll add in some spinach leaves and let it cook for a few min.

Then add lots of tabasco sauce and black pepper, its real good with toast!

I also love to boil eggs and chop them, then mix it with some mayo and SHALLOTS, yumm yumm and lots of pepper and cayenne. and eat it with toast. i love eggs!

Funny, I just had scrambled eggs with milk (soy) and I put some Sriracha on it when I was eating them... I put that stuff on everything I eat. I got hooked on it at Vietnamese restaurants.

You can find it in the asian section at the grocery store.

also try putting a bit of EVOO in the pan, and throw some chopped up onions and mushrooms to simmer for 5 mins before you throw the eggs on, then add some red or cayanne pepper ... banging!
