You need to step back and look at the big picture here. We never once shut off your server for non-payment, infact left them on even though we were not paid.
YOUR OWN EMPLOYEE requested we shut them down. Maybe you should call your guy and ask him?

Been with phatservers far too long and they have been nothing but good to me.
