Notice where chris says i will get back to you "shortly" wich was 3 minutes later saying everything was worked out and the servers would be removed.

Stop trying to make something out of this that isn't.

Root passwords did not work, and by the time they needed to come down Ethan was not around to provide them. The boxes were powered down. nothing "yanked".
