I like phatservers but from the logs posted I would never assume they were being unplugged immediately. I would think it's a pretty obvious assumption that they should stay online until they are to be picked up, ESPECIALLY when told the contract won't be cancelled until it's paid up. Even with those logs I would be pissed if my servers were offline.
