You guys do understand that they took the machines down, to get them ready for YOU, without you having to pay the bill before hand? That's good business, not bad business.
IE: "but I will find out information on if anything needs to be done before the servers are picked up"
Seeming the servers were taken down, as stated:

This means, we are coming down to pick the servers up, both servers.
