When is the last time you saw a fat runner? Go outside, start running and keep going. When you feel like you're gonna die just stop long enough to puke and run some more! Don't get your wool underwear in a bunch. I'm talking about HIGH SCHOOL football not pro. 200 lbs or 400 lbs they have to run the same as the 120lb freshman. When they need to puke they can stop and puke and start running again. It's called conditioning and it works even for the lazy video game playing guys that sat on their ass for 16 years.

No I just didn't argue with you about feeling superior. I read another thread about eating this and drinking that and I personally would never give up the good stuff like food which I enjoy. I didn't literally mean run until you die. If you run .5 meters today tomorrow you will be able to do .55 meters. You keep pushing yourself (without causing damage lol) and you can't help but lose weight. And by you I don't mean you specifically, I mean the people crying they want to lose weight while sitting on the pc talking on GFY.

The other thread was not about crybabies. It was giving good advice and real solutions.

As TGF said you came here with your holier than thou attitude and he owned you on every point you made.

People don't become fat overnight (I didn't) and in order to lose the weight it will take some time. Your idea will seriously hurt someone.

Getting trimmed down takes an attitude adjustment, More excersize, Less calories. But it will mainly take a lot of retraining. Because like myself I have been retraining myself on getting out of my chair more (for a busy webmaster this in itself is a chore). How many times does a webmaster say "yes I need to excersize more" then his ICQ lights up or his phone rings and bam there goes that idea because now he's busy for the next 4 hours and by the time he goes to do what he was going to do for excersize he's worn out from the work he just performed.

Yes I am a webmaster.
Yes I am fat.
No I'm not crying about it I did it to myself.
And yes I do need to cut calories and excersize more.

And furthermore Yes you can go fuck yourself with your idiotic ideas.

No, it's not over my head. Every post you've made has been condescending at best. Everyone has different situations. Not every person can run to lose weight. Skinny people always assume that it's just this one simple thing that will "fix" us fatties. Not so. People are made different. What works for some would kill another. Most people who are obese would more than likely put themselves more at risk of a heart attack or stroke if they just picked up and started running today. I myself had a knee operation in 92. There is no way I could run, even if a grizzly bear was chasing me lol. I could give it a shot, but I'd be bear lunch within a matter of 10 feet. That's not because I am overweight, that's because my knee is fucked up.

I will agree with you that people who bitch about things, then do nothing to change them, should shut the fuck up. But to assume that every person can just jump on some exercise regimen that works for you is stupid.

I have lost 80 pounds this year btw, and not by running til I puke. 5 small meals a day, biking and light aerobic stuff...despite the knee.

Seriously though, I just get sick of all the "advice for people who you think need it" in this world. Don't you think us fatties have already heard it? Why make the same statement we've all heard 1000 times? Exactly...to make yourself feel better about you. That's all I am saying.

This is the program I was given to follow before I tried out for the Navy SEALs.

1st week: Walk one mile.
2nd week: Walk one mile, jog one mile, low impact
3rd week: run two miles
4th week: run three miles
5th week: run four to five miles

The purpose was for the first two weeks to get your joints used to the stress of running. Walking is definately the way to go.

No, I just say everything with sarcasm. Sure everyone can't run but those that want to can do something. If you aren't hurting other people I don't care if you like to stick flaming sticks up your ass so I damn sure don't care what you weigh.
