RUN MOTHERFUCKER RUN!
When is the last time you saw a fat runner? Go outside, start running and keep going. When you feel like you're gonna die just stop long enough to puke and run some more! The weight will start dropping off, you'll start feeling better, and you'll be healthier in general. A 2 or 3 mile run before you start work will make you feel great all day. Eat what you want, just run baby. |

The other thread was not about crybabies. It was giving good advice and real solutions.
As TGF said you came here with your holier than thou attitude and he owned you on every point you made. People don't become fat overnight (I didn't) and in order to lose the weight it will take some time. Your idea will seriously hurt someone. Getting trimmed down takes an attitude adjustment, More excersize, Less calories. But it will mainly take a lot of retraining. Because like myself I have been retraining myself on getting out of my chair more (for a busy webmaster this in itself is a chore). How many times does a webmaster say "yes I need to excersize more" then his ICQ lights up or his phone rings and bam there goes that idea because now he's busy for the next 4 hours and by the time he goes to do what he was going to do for excersize he's worn out from the work he just performed. Yes I am a webmaster. Yes I am fat. No I'm not crying about it I did it to myself. And yes I do need to cut calories and excersize more. And furthermore Yes you can go fuck yourself with your idiotic ideas. |

This is the program I was given to follow before I tried out for the Navy SEALs. 1st week: Walk one mile. 2nd week: Walk one mile, jog one mile, low impact 3rd week: run two miles 4th week: run three miles 5th week: run four to five miles The purpose was for the first two weeks to get your joints used to the stress of running. Walking is definately the way to go. |
