The sole purpose of this thread was to make you feel good about yourself by mocking others. Unfortunately you took a bit wrong angle on this as it doesn't work like that.

No I just didn't argue with you about feeling superior. I read another thread about eating this and drinking that and I personally would never give up the good stuff like food which I enjoy. I didn't literally mean run until you die. If you run .5 meters today tomorrow you will be able to do .55 meters. You keep pushing yourself (without causing damage lol) and you can't help but lose weight. And by you I don't mean you specifically, I mean the people crying they want to lose weight while sitting on the pc talking on GFY.
