When is the last time you saw a fat runner? Go outside, start running and keep going. When you feel like you're gonna die just stop long enough to puke and run some more! The weight will start dropping off, you'll start feeling better, and you'll be healthier in general. A 2 or 3 mile run before you start work will make you feel great all day.
