I've never had to deal with their customer service. It just takes me an hour to login and then another hour to navigate to any other section of their site. I wish they weren't the only game in town, but for now, their shitty service has the market cornered. :|

RogerV - in regards to your comments - You are right, im sure 99% of people here have nothing bad at all to say about epassportE - I said this from the start. Although if I dont come foward, and explain what a shitty service they are providing, well no one will, and god knows how many people will be burnt.

And having people explain thier similar situations is what this place is all about. I def understand about kiddy comments, but lets not put everyone into the same barrel eh?

Make your request. Observe the same level of professionalism you expect, and go -- that's it. ePassporte is not a banking institution. We never tried to be, said we were, or wanted to be.

Over 10,000 people in the Adult Industry make ePassporte transfers every day. I would guess that 99.5% of them have no problems.

This thread has the appearance and feel of a thread that is not designed to help anyone, just hurt ePassporte. Assistance has been offered by Keyser several times, it has not been taken advantage of, for some reason, which I beleive to be the underlying reason for this thread.

I won't debate with anyone here on this thread or any threads like this. We offer to help on an individual basis. I have offered to spend several hours here to answer any questions anyone had. When I poseted that (no, I do not have the thread link handy) I said to email me if you were intersted. I got 1 email; that was it...

We pay out with Epassporte every two weeks. It's easy, our webmasters love it, and its very cost effective. I for one vouch for their service.

They are working on improving elements of their business which is something every company should do.

Well i left this thread to die, but i believe you are missing the point there Chris..

Keyser only offered to help after i have publicly complained, whats the good in that? I tried for weeks, this is just to get to speak to someone. I had a couple of basic questions.

And then you try turning it around onto me, like its my fault?

The purpose of this thread was to tell people about your companies lack of customer support, simple. You guys losing business is your own fault, thier is 50+ big threads on this board alone complaining about your custom service.

Anyhow i have contacted keyser / michael there on icq, and we will see if the problems have been fixed, months down the track now ;)

i love epass. keyser is a big help! although i hate it when people got this kind of problems.. its been almost 2 years now since i started using them but right now i don't usually use it to accept payments from clients since theres a lot of problems accuring every now and then.

it is unfortunate that such a useful service has become so tarnished with their reputation for terrible support.

people ask me every day what my 'epass' is, and I have to explain to them why I refuse to use it, and politely ask for a check.

it takes longer to get my money, but then I'm only doing business with 3 very professional establishments:

- my client
- his/her bank
- my bank

The Epassporte Email support is really a single big pack of

The thing i most fucking hate are their "investigations due to unusal activity" (account blocked) that is just bullshit and it reminds me of paypal fuckers everytime my account is blocked again . And sending a mail to their cs brings me something like:

"please call our customer service..."



ON the other hand i have to say that contacting Michael (keyser) in icq mostly instandly solves my problems and he get´s a big for his work.
But i don´t want to have to run to him and get on his nerves everytime with my complaints just because the standart support is too dumb to solve my problems, when he can do it in 5 minutes.

So Keyser a great idea would be when you could teach the epassporte supportstuff how to do real customerservice like you do it perfectly

Michael seems like a great guy, but what are you going to do when he moves on to greener pastures?
