Well i left this thread to die, but i believe you are missing the point there Chris..
Keyser only offered to help after i have publicly complained, whats the good in that? I tried for weeks, this is just to get to speak to someone. I had a couple of basic questions.
And then you try turning it around onto me, like its my fault?
The purpose of this thread was to tell people about your companies lack of customer support, simple. You guys losing business is your own fault, thier is 50+ big threads on this board alone complaining about your custom service.
Anyhow i have contacted keyser / michael there on icq, and we will see if the problems have been fixed, months down the track now ;)
