it is unfortunate that such a useful service has become so tarnished with their reputation for terrible support.
people ask me every day what my 'epass' is, and I have to explain to them why I refuse to use it, and politely ask for a check.
it takes longer to get my money, but then I'm only doing business with 3 very professional establishments:
- my client
- his/her bank
- my bank
