The Epassporte Email support is really a single big pack of

The thing i most fucking hate are their "investigations due to unusal activity" (account blocked) that is just bullshit and it reminds me of paypal fuckers everytime my account is blocked again . And sending a mail to their cs brings me something like:

"please call our customer service..."



ON the other hand i have to say that contacting Michael (keyser) in icq mostly instandly solves my problems and he get´s a big for his work.
But i don´t want to have to run to him and get on his nerves everytime with my complaints just because the standart support is too dumb to solve my problems, when he can do it in 5 minutes.

So Keyser a great idea would be when you could teach the epassporte supportstuff how to do real customerservice like you do it perfectly
