My site was for fun... for a while. I wasnt pushing it. Not when I was making a KILLER living at ImLive. Then they got greedy.

I DID NOT post the first post about the fraud. Hell, I had no idea why they were suspending me. I was ppissed off because it isnt the first time I have been suspended for something stupid (I had done nothing wrong) so I got a little mad. And no, I hardly worked after they took another 5% for marketing.

Bottom line is this. They accused me of fraud in their rebuttal to my post. I only stated facts in mine. I never committed fraud, but hmmmmm... now people may think I have. That, my friend, makes a good case.

sry guys, by my experience PussyCash is good people, but in this case I smell bullshit! If Amy's been with ImLive for 1.5 years she should know in what format the date is written on the checks and by logic should not have made that mistake when she, as you claim, forged the check.

And getting advice from a lawyer takes 5-10 minutes, just picking up the phone.

years ago i had an issue with b of a that took some serious solving on their part. during that time, i had a check written to me that i cashed at a local check-cashing place. i had not used one previously, and had contacted the guy i did the work for to make sure the check cleared okay.

about 3 weeks later, i got a couple rather threatening calls from the check cashing place that the check had bounced and that if i did not come in and pay it, they would take legal action. i called the guy who wrote the check who said he would be happy to provide me with a photocopy of the paid check. when i told the manager of the check cashing place that i could provide it, he said something surly and hung up - but i didn't hear from them again.

my point? my admittedly small experience with check cashing establishments has not left me convinced of their honesty. i'm sure there are many honest check cashing places, but i know they're not all honest, and they have access to your sig, a copy of your i.d. and your checks. what's more, they video everything in closeups, so it will be easy enough for law enforcement to find out what the amount of the checks amy cashed are.

All this is basically the results of :

#1, ANY transaction of 10,000 must be reported so you just added an extra flag to the check that you tried to cash.

Having been in pussycash's top 3 webmaster list on many occasions, I can safely say that my traffic isn't going anywhere.

From memory flashcash got hit with a similar attempt to cash a check last year sometime which forced them to change bank accounts.

you make 20k a month and rent not own?
Go to a check cashing place because having to wait, my bank I deposited a check for 20 grand and had access within two days.
If yourbank does that and its too long for you, what do you do with all that cash that you live paycheck to paycheck.
You should be able to get the record from fedex if they sent the checks they are talking about to you.
I think if she had done this the fbi would of been knocking on her door not going to your legal department.
Bringing all of this on here shows great unprofessionalism on the part of imlive.
also there are two reasons the banks checks for bad checks:
not enough money in the account or the bank customer contacts the bank because of checks they didnt write.
No one at a bank looks at the checks its all computers now and if your company writes checks of that size it wouldnt throw up any flags.

And Amy either you need a serious class on money management or a 12 step group.

From memory flashcash got hit with a similar attempt to cash a check last year sometime which forced them to change bank accounts.

Go to a check cashing place because having to wait, my bank I deposited a check for 20 grand and had access within two days. If yourbank does that and its too long for you, what do you do with all that cash that you live paycheck to paycheck. You should be able to get the record from fedex if they sent the checks they are talking about to you. I think if she had done this the fbi would of been knocking on her door not going to your legal department. Bringing all of this on here shows great unprofessionalism on the part of imlive. also there are two reasons the banks checks for bad checks: not enough money in the account or the bank customer contacts the bank because of checks they didnt write. No one at a bank looks at the checks its all computers now and if your company writes checks of that size it wouldnt throw up any flags. And Amy either you need a serious class on money management or a 12 step group.
