A BIG FUCK YOU to ImLive.

Yes, this message goes out to the people running the ImLive catastrophe out there. Here are some reasons why ImLive can KISS my ASS.

1 - I have been suspended for VARIOUS reasons. This last one...

"Attention: Amy ------

This is to inform you that your ImLive.com Host account, Amylynne, has been placed under investigation by our User Compliance Department.

We have reason to suspect that fraudulent activity has been initiated in regards to checks you have received at your new mailing address.

Prior to forwarding this matter to our Legal Department, we would like to provide you with the opportunity to comment on this situation, and to provide us with any relevant information regarding the matter.

Please direct your replies to [email protected] only.

Thank you
Sincerely
Sandy Mills
ImLive.com

User Compliance Department."

I have never been fraudulent nor will I ever be... Unless you call getting my check, cashing it, and paying my bills. Whatthefuckever.

This is the last straw. I deleted my account and will no longer be working there. I used to make A LOT of money for them along with get SWEET prizes but the headache is not worth it.

I suggest not working for them, they have fined me 500$ for a rumor that I was telling customers about my site. Nothing doing... I was too afraid to get deleted to do that. BUT since some bitch that is pissed because I make more than her says it is so, it must be right...

So, one of your top girls has left and from the look at their Hall Of Fame last pay period, looks like I am not the only one.

I suggest, if you want to be in this type of work, go to NiteFlirt (better cut, better traffic, and fairer.)

This was the email I sent to them (felt pretty damn good):

"I am finished with you ImLive. Thanks for nothing and I hope you go under. Looks like you cant even keep your top hosts working.... lol. Want to know why? Because you treat us like SHIT. Yep. I work for NiteFlirt now and will be promoting NiteFlirt to ALL the girls that I know that work for you. Think it wont effect your business that a TOP HOST isnt backing you anymore? We'll see. You lost all your good hosts well, you just lost another.

Delete my name, I wont be needing it anymore.

Oh.. and you can kiss my ass in the process.

Amy"

Has to be more to the story..2 sides atleast

adultchica 11-17-2005 02:14 AM

Sorry to hear about that Amy. I hope it all gets worked out for you

sad to know that Amy, hope it they do something about it !

Amysworld 11-17-2005 02:36 AM

Really wanna go there? Lets...

Back in the day.. ImLive took 5% of our 40% cut that we were getting for "marketing"...

The NEXT DAY from them implementing their program, there were 3 GUYS that came to my room asking why I have in my profile that I didnt pee when I TOLD THEM in a yahoo chatroom that I did... People were promoting ImLive impersonating us telling guys that we did things we didnt. Also telling them they would get more time for the money. JUST to get a $X sign up ImLive had promised.

ImLive offers the guys to tip the girls but guess what... 65% of that tip goes to the house. Greedy bastards.

I did NOT promote my site, I was accused, suspended, and let back in when "everything was ok". I have been acused so many times there from girls who know I have a site. It is easy to do. If you were to call up ImLive and say something about a girl there, I bet you, they would have their account suspended.

"theyre only looking into your account"
Then why not let me work?

They are so freaking greedy and noone will complain for fear their account will be deleted.

Same goes for overweight judgmental customer reps. :1orglaugh

Sorry to hear about your situation amy, It's usually the girls that get the short end of the deal in this industry. I had no idea they took so much out of the "tip", wtf is that so? Makes no sense :Oh crap

Good luck to you at your new location :thumbsup

they take 65% of tips? :helpme wow, that's a bit extreme. wonder how they justify that cut. do other services eat that much of your tips? what are your options now? what other services are out there for Hosts like you? I've got a friend looking at IMLive, iFriends, Cams, etc, just curious what else is out there.

.

adultchica 11-17-2005 03:45 AM

I can say that Niteflirt is a stand-up program.

traffic addict 11-17-2005 04:52 AM

As you all know there are two sides to each story, and the mere fact is that even though we have been making money from Amy and she did good money with ImLive as well, we made up our minds to suspend her account until further notice as a result of very recent information received from our bank regarding fraudulent check-related activities carried out in her name. Amy then chose to close her account.

This is a webmaster board and not a hosts one but I'll put in our side of the story any way.

Since Amy herself has brought up the issue of her fine in early 2005, we wish to clarify that we did indeed fine Amy as she mentioned but this was because of fraud committed by her in our guest referral program despite earlier explicit warnings given to hosts regarding the exact type of fraud she committed.

Then later in the year we received complaints from end users that Amy was promoting her site to them during video chats. This is a big NO NO in our term of service and host agreement. If you want to work as a host on ImLive you can't promote anything to the ImLive members. But even thou Amy wasn't working according to our terms of use we gave her one more chance.

This time we have received a complaint from a bank saying that someone was
trying to pass two forged ImLive checks in the amount of nearly $10,000 and deposit them in her name. We have no doubt about these facts. We suspended her account in order to investigate the suspicions until we could reach final conclusions. (As mentioned above Amy closed her account after receiving notice of her suspension.)

Due to Amy's prior bad activities and due to the fact that we can hardly believe that this is a coincidence since not only is the forgery clear to us and the bank, but also Amy is the most obvious potential beneficiary of these checks, we came to the decision to suspend her and definitely assume that everybody else will come to their own conclusions regarding working with this lovely girl.

Much hard work went into making ImLive a top-notch brand name and as such we make our best and most rigorous efforts to keep it that way. The hosts know and the affiliates know that we pay top dollars every other week to thousands of hosts and thousands of webmasters, and as Amy said we send hosts lots of awards just like we do with webmasters. For the benefit of the thousands of hosts and millions of members, we make sure to remove hosts as well as guests that are not working according to our terms of use - in order to maintain ImLive as an orderly and clean working environment.

We wish Amy and her new business associates the best of luck...

Amysworld 11-17-2005 05:14 AM

Oh come on! You are SO transparent! Why wasnt I notified of these "fraudulent charges" and given a chance to explain myself before you shut me down?? Why? Because I'mLive only cares about ImLive. I could have been working and making money but you decided to suspend my account on someone making a "claim" knowing I have NEVER, in the year and a half that I have worked for ImLive, tryed to commit any kind of check fraud.

By the way... Yes, this is a webmaster's board. I am a webmaster showing the absolute deceit of another company.

By the way, there is NO proof that I have EVER promoted my site through ImLive. I have NEVER. If anything I have brought people to ImLive with banners and such. Any kind of talk of my site was probably due to the fact my members would come to ImLive to keep me company while I was in between chats. Which by the way ImLive so wonderfully botched that up too. haha. They now make it so people get BORED of waiting while I would be in a videochat.

Their BUSINESS killed my earnings by more and more rules they put in place so people could be under the watchful "eye" of ImLive.

Sorry I am not some foreigner that you can control.

You are a bad company doing bad business.

That's that.

PS - You arent going to say anything about your "affiliate" program are you? Deceptiion and lies. THAT is what you are about.

PSS - Seems after reading these boards, I am not the ONLY one with a problem with ImLive.

Amysworld 11-17-2005 05:17 AM

Ohhhh I remember now. A while back, I put (on one of their marketing tools) my website. I had JUST signed up and did not know about the rule. When asked, I took everything off of all promo tools that I could find but I had made many. I was not worried at that point in time about my website promotion, it was only something I was working on, not a primary source of income.

phonesex 11-17-2005 05:18 AM

I never liked Imlive or the pussycash bullshit. Cams.com rules!!

Well IFriends really didnt appeal to me. NiteFlirt is a great place. I do private shows on Camz as well but they are the best with the housecamz, hosting, and my promotional shows. I used to love working for ImLive, dont get me wrong. But when they started impersonating me and going into chat rooms saying things I didnt do, well, I just lost interest. This check thing was the last straw. I am outta there.

ImLive justifies its tip rule because they say it is well known that they take 65% of EVERYTHING. But isnt a tip to pay for services rendered? If you are a server in a restaurant, do you have to give OVER HALF of your tips to your boss? What a laugh.

Ok well, Pussycash might be good people but they didnt do the right thing at the time.

I dont know if Pussycash was the affiliate at the time. Or if ImLive was using more than one affiliate. Hell, I dont know anything about their affiliate program. What I do know is that my traffic to my room didnt increase. I just got people who were expecting me to do things I dont do. I tracked down the guy through the IM name that was given to personify the girls on ImLive and he told me the story of how they got people back to our rooms.

I had always had great traffic... you could see it in my awards. I am smart, I knew something was up with a change in marketing. It didnt help me... sorry.

This just sounds like an aggressive affiliate who was lying in order to get people to click through his link. I'm sure there was a way to report him to imlive at the time, but you probably didn't understand the affiliate program at the time.

You seem to brush off the comments regarding check fraud, I'm not quite clear what they are accusing you of but that could have far more serious ramifications than just being canned as a host. Are they saying you altered a check or somehow got a hold of a blank check and forged it?

XX_RydeR 11-17-2005 06:15 AM

I have no idea what they are saying. I know I am innocent. I live alone, or most of the time (my ex comes to visit me). I have the check in my hands and noone else does. I know there was no wrong doing so THAT is why I brush it all off.

I was not "canned", I deleted my account.

So are you saying that because this guy was an "aggressive affiliate who was lying in order to get people to click through his link". and that I didnt understand about an affiliate program so that makes it ok???? Lol.. you must work for ImLive's affilate program. I mentioned to ImLive about it as well as all the other hosts who had it happen. It continued. You have no idea how many posts were of bewilderment that people they had never talked to were saying they had. THIS WAS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT.

I am not taking sides in this. Its none of my business. But being it is on a public board I will chime in anyway.

Amy I would worry less about the marketing allegations and more about the fraudulent check allegations. That could get real ugly.

Nope, sorry, not worried. I didnt do anything with a check, nor did anyone else. This is an allegation formed from either ImLive or some jealous girl ON ImLive.

I am not worried AT ALL.

Amy IS a webmaster. She owns her own website. She's not "just" a cam girl. She has every right to be on this board. :2 cents:

I respect Imlive and Pussycash as you guys have been very good to me, but there are always a few cases of non perfection with every company. No company is perfect. Even you have to admit there are mistakes made as perfection is not realistic for any company or person no matter what industry. I do not understand why you couldn't investigate and THEN close the account, instead of closing it before finishing a complete investigation. It sort of sounds to me like guilty until proven innocent.

Again, I am not saying anyone is to blame. But perhaps changing your policy regarding closing the account before a complete investigation is complete? It is really a case of guilty until proven innocent.

adultchica 11-17-2005 07:30 AM

And yes I know she chose to close her account of her own free will, but it sounds as if this has happened more than once where her account was closed to "investigation". And that you probably would have closed it anyway.

traffic addict 11-17-2005 07:35 AM

To make sure that everyone understands what we are talking about and how bad the situation is, I?ll explain.

We have received a copy of two forged ImLive checks in the amount of nearly $10,000 from our Bank with Amy's full name on them.
Someone was trying to cash those checks in one of the banks where Amy lives.

This issue was forwarded to our legal department and they are dealing with it now, so I'm not going to keep on responding to this. I think it is clear we took the right step regarding this issue.
