All this is basically the results of :

- a reaction from Amy being pissed off ( with reason: it is her livehood )

If I was going to commit fraud, I would make the checks correct ( good date format etc ..), I wouldn't put them to my name and I wouldn't cash them where I normally cashed my checks ...

I believe that Amy is a victim as well as ImLive ... They should have talked before jumping the gun
