I just starting working out again to lose weight need some advise

I started on Monday My goal is to lose 20lbs

what are the best methods

I cut out all fried foods, fat and suger all i eat is Sushi now.


Is there anyhting i can take like Trim spa to speed things up?

Almost anything without Ephedra in it is going to be a waste of money. If you don't like the effects of Ephedra and want to be on the safe side take some CLA. CLA breaks fat down in your body. Its naturally found in cheeses, and meats. Take 3mg a day for effectiveness.

High protein diet. I wouldn't say zero carbs but you definately have to keep them to a minimal.

Don't eat past 8pm. Drink a gallon of water a day. Watch your fruit juice and soda consumption.

Cardio in the morning before you eat. Cardio at least 45min a day...even if you're going at turtle speed. Build up your running speed, not the time. Its important that its always 45min.

Keep in mind that depends 80% on what you eat and 20% on the exercise. Counting calories is a good way to have a control on your weight and you dont need to be hungry all day or just eating sushi, hehe. Fitday.com has a cool program for it. Good luck!

Though its not really a pill its more of a powder.
Its pretty damn cheap actually, but its long term costs do catch ya.
So despite its amazing ability to help you shed those pounds I must still say stay away from meth.

your best bet is exercise, it really doesnt matter much what you eat as long as you dont over do it if you exercise daily for at least 45 mins, if you are looking to trim down then something like aerobics

Hey thats actually pretty good!

I'm 6'1 and I fluctuate between 190 and 200. When I have to work I will drop to 185 after I shed a bunch of water.

3 days a week in the gym, cardio 3 times a week, 150 grams of protein a day and you'll be solid in 3-4 months.

I know people who have lost weight from yes working out and cutting out carbs, but also from those slimming body wraps. they guarantee 10-30 inches overall on the first body wrap. Basically they just wrap you up in these bandages that are soaked in mineral solution and you work out for an hour and when they take it off you will have lost some inches on your arms, waist, face and chest. The mineral solution just breaks down the waste in your body. Worked for my friends they look much more toned. Good Luck to you though!

Those wraps in combination with the exercising make you sweat... all you are doing is losing a bunch of water weight

i've been working on this for about two years. i was similar shape as you Roger (6'2", 225 lbs), started hiking every day, cut out all soda, drink lots of water, and think about what i eat (fish, chicken, veggies and always looking for a low fat option). i'm around 195 lbs now, and feel about 100 times better.

No need for 20 sets. Even Ronnie Coleman says anything past 9 sets is a waste, regardless of genetics.

Reminds me of those old Arnold books from the 70s where guys were doing 30+ sets per bodypart...

plenty water
no bread, pasta or sugar
3 servings fruits 3 servering veg daily
20 minutes cadio in the am daily
weight lifting few times week. more muscle burns more calories.
I would throw in 8 hours sleep night for good measure.

It didn't actually. Arnold competed at 6'2", 240lbs, even with a steroid boost. Coleman and the other heavies are doing 2/3rds less work in the gym and competeing in the 280lbs. range, with lower body fat %. Better medecine for sure, but also refined technique.

After 9 sets, if you're adhereing to the routine that most do (4+ reps per set to failure, no more than 7 reps or you need to add weight), then you legitimately can't do more sets without an extended break.

Damn half of GFy is 6 foot around 210 and wantred to lose 10 pounds.

Oh i'm one too.

I'm just going to the gym everyday fuck it, sometimes twice. Once I get in shape I will chill to 2-3-4 days a week.

Oh and watching my carbs and cheesy as it sounds.

Cut out caffiene and my nightly guiness

Replaced with fruit juice and water.

it's been a week so I don't know what going to hapopen yet.

Hey Roger.... i thought you where moving to Crazywood? I'm still looking for a office or studio to share working 3 stories underground is getting to me.
