Almost anything without Ephedra in it is going to be a waste of money. If you don't like the effects of Ephedra and want to be on the safe side take some CLA. CLA breaks fat down in your body. Its naturally found in cheeses, and meats. Take 3mg a day for effectiveness.
High protein diet. I wouldn't say zero carbs but you definately have to keep them to a minimal.
Don't eat past 8pm. Drink a gallon of water a day. Watch your fruit juice and soda consumption.
Cardio in the morning before you eat. Cardio at least 45min a day...even if you're going at turtle speed. Build up your running speed, not the time. Its important that its always 45min.
