Let me also add in here. when you buy bulk...... that's what you buy...... BULK. Not all of the content is going to be exactly what you want. If you want hand picked content, go to a store where you can do that. If you buy in bulk though, you need to ALWAYS be prepared for some sets that you aren't going to be able to use....... that's why it is called BULK..... and that's why you get it at the prices you get it at. ;)

He takes people in sometimes and tries to give them a break, and yes he is harsh as hell at points, but WHO doesn't know this about him already? NO ONE, everyone knows how he is, he is straight up about everything and makes NO bones about a damn thing. And YES, he does get extremely harsh sometimes...... but again everyone knows this. BUT this doesn't make him a bad business man at all...... if you know this and still walk into a business deal, then you walk in knowing what you are getting. I have spent time with him and lord knows he has hurt MY feelings more times than I can count, but you know what? I asked for it each and every single time, I knew when I went to him he was going to shoot me straight, and I respect that in him, way more than I'd respect someone to just tell me what I WANT to hear.

Sonofsam, I don't know you at ALL, so I can't really make an honest opinion on your personality..... what I CAN say is that from where I can see, you got yourself in way over your head and you want out of it....... but you know what? When you have a car repossessed? You don't get to go tell the bank you want all the money you psent on it back. You entered into an agreement and couldn't pay the full amount so it was repossessed...... bottom line. I know it sucks, Ih ave had things repossessed myself at times and it hurts, but you don't get to get a refund.

Last, I see so many saying "he is a kid, cut him some slack", and I think of all of it, this is the one that is urking me the WORST. This is the ADULT Industry and it is BUSINESS, people...... if you are old enough to BE in the business and old enough to make business decisions, then you have to be old enough to accept the consequences when that business goes bad, trust me, I know..... I have had lots of deals go bad and I probably will again....... it happens to the best of us sometimes. But you don't get to say that "I shouldn't have to be responsible because I am a woman, a kid, handicapped, or anything else....." if you are of legal consenting age, then you have GOT to be prepared to deal with things when they don't work as well as the things that DO work.

When my kids screw up, they are held accountable for their actions and taught that for every action, there is a reaction.... and that is the same thing I am telling you here.

This CAN be resolved, I would be willing to bet, but the two of you need to get OFF this board and resolve it outside of this board. Involving other people is only serving to perpetuate this situation and others are putting their 2 cents in and making things that much worse. Aaron is a fair ghuy, as I can only assume that sonofsam is as well..... so this CAN be dealt with as adults.

NOTHING ever works out when you get others involved in it.... I have had my say in this. You are both adults and the ones here reading this thread aren't the only ones watching how you conduct yourselves in business, just remember that. Are you willing to burn THAT many bridges?

If you want a Jerry Springer repuatation, "If you don't like it, don't do business with me," then you have got one.

Ask ContentProducer, or Paul Markham, or anyone that deals in content, you best tow the line with their content or they WILL pull it, I don't care if you have $1 or $10,000.... and you will NOT get a refund. And coming on here and bad mouthing them, is pretty well grounds to pull it. Had ya gone after Content Producer, or Paul, or any of them like this, you better believe they would have pulled their licenses too. And if they are honest about it, they will tell you they will..... and they CAN.

I personally get along with ALL of them and I adore all of them, but if I misused their content or mishandled THEM, you better believe they will pull all licenses. Paid or not, you know?

Just let this calm down, that's my best advice to you. I KNOW Aaron very well and you won't get anywhere the way you are going about this...... but let him calm down and he is one of the best people I know to do business with.
