I had several options. 2 of those options included lawsuits against him.

I am the 3rd well known person that he had an issue with in his first 3-4 months of being in this business. The other two let him have his way so he did not learn anything from his fuck ups. Well....I'm not so easy.

1: How I cut you a deal
2: Showed you EXACTLY what you were getting
3:Sent you the content twice before receiving final payment so that you could get started on site design
4: Tell them how you requested a refund BEFORE you got the content because you were broke and needed the money back
5: Tell them how you have continued to lie on GFY, ICQ, and the phone to various people about this.
6: Tell them that you had no right to publish the images without a license and were specifically told not to but did it anyway.
7: Tell them how you came to GFY to damage my rep.


THEN tell them that after all this I decided to cut you even more slack and simply pull your license.

While they are laughing you out of their office, think about how you will handle your business dealings in the future.

A license is in place for a reason. There are certain rights assigned and certain rights kept. That's the intent of a license. If those rights are broken by the other party then the person who issues the license has the right to terminate the license.

sos never even got so far as to have the license issued before he broke it. Why would I then continue to consider issuing the license knowing that I will revoke it anyway?

He made a lot of mistakes and it cost him his down payment. He was warned and had plenty of opportunities to not fuck up...But he chose a different rod to travel.

i had a right to use the content to make a paysite and make sales off it, as agreed upon with our arangement... but the moment i am not happy with the content and post samples on the forum it becomes "copywrite infringement" ? interesting... looks like someone can't handle someone not liking their content and being a baby about it.
