I hear your point, but it's late and I'm going to bed.
Rape pics are illegial in many states and countries and in those that it isn't it should be.
Here's my two cents worth (which is about the current market value of my opinion) Cancalling a program and not informing a webmaster would be ok in my books only if a LEGAL investigation on the actions of that webmaster is happening for reasons such as Child porn promotion or Rape pics. Still say keeping any of that money is wrong too. As too the rest, smells like hearsay from both sides now at this point in the game.
