Here's my two cents worth (which is about the current market value of my opinion) Cancalling a program and not informing a webmaster would be ok in my books only if a LEGAL investigation on the actions of that webmaster is happening for reasons such as Child porn promotion or Rape pics. Still say keeping any of that money is wrong too. As too the rest, smells like hearsay from both sides now at this point in the game.

1. Your point about the case of LEGAL investigation which may be sufficient enough not to inform the webmaster is correct I think and in my first posts here on the subject I have said exactly same words. That was like page 4 or 5.
2. In my personal opinion I dont mix child porn with rape fantasies as long as rape fantasies are performed by actors.
Child porn is a pornography with a child. Thus said it is an evidence to a horrible crime already commited and crime itself.
Besides anyone with sexual fantasies involving children is considered either sick or sick and criminal OFFICIALLY in all countries.
When rape fantasy performed by actors is just a dark sexual fantasy from my point of view , used by the way in almost each and every mainstream erotic movie from Tinto Brasses stuff to aged Emanuelle, as long as it doesnt involve any actuall crime behind it.
Thus the only problem I may see since there is no actual crime - is the moral aspect. However I strongly beleive that each man and woman (You wont beleive how many of them are into it by the way) should be free in their fantasies as long as they dont break law. And there is no proof or truth that such fantasies do motivate NORMAL people to abnormal actions just like after watching COMMANDO or MATRIX or playing almost any 3D shooter or anything alike You dont run around with a machine gun killing everyone. As for why people have such fantasies and are they sick or normal I beleive that we cant be judjes as long as I repeat there's no crime.
That is my point of view.
I respect anyone's point of view as long as it is not just a stupid insult and I dont care who posts it - a gallery sumbitter or a huge partnership programm webmaster. And I basicly hope for mutual understanding.
