You can actually effect Brad's business. You can effect his ability to put food on the table for his family.

I really think knowing the history of the designs, it should have been Brad that approched Amp stating the fact that he wanted to go live with the sites. Amps not a mind reader, how would he have known of Brads plans?

Brad should have initiated it, a price would have been given and an invoice/bill of sale completed. Then he could have launched the new program unencumbered.

Sure. Sounds totally reasonable. But Brad has said he offered to pay Amp in private. I believe him. The fact that he also brought it to the boards in a thread when he first found out about the designs, looking for the designers to pay only furthers my belief that this is the case. If Amp turns down payment, and says he's going to collect from Duane, then i don't see what the problem is. Amp could have invoiced Brad <i>any</i> time within the last year if he changed his mind.
