I am sure they would. I doubt they could legally withhold mail if you follow their guidelines. A massive % of the total lawsuits filed are inmates suing for their oatmeal being the wrong temperature or the toilet paper is too soft or whatever. Imagine if they weren't getting their mail?

Anti-porn crusader faces new charges of having sex with minor

A man who claimed to be an anti-porn crusader is facing new charges related to having sex with a minor.
Donny Pauling Jr. faces nine new charges in relation to a second victim, according to Sutter County Deputy District Attorney Anu Chopra.
The new charges include: four counts of having sex with a minor; one count of having sex with a minor while employed as a public official; one count of oral copulation with a minor; one count of first-degree burglary; one count of meeting a minor with sexual intent; and one count of molesting a minor.

On Dec. 1, in connection to a different victim, Pauling was booked into custody on allegations of lewd acts with a child under 14, oral copulation with a child under 14 and unlawful intercourse, according to the Sutter County Sheriff's Department.

At that time, sheriff's Lt. James Casner said a woman and her 16-year-old daughter reported that Pauling had been having sex with the girl since she was 13 years old.

Pauling had his preliminary hearing in connection to the first victim Thursday, Jan. 30.

Chopra said Pauling's arraignment on charges in relation to the alleged second victim is scheduled for Feb. 13; he was booked for the new charges with no bail.

According to Pauling's website, he was a producer of pornographic films for nine years beginning in 1997 before becoming a Christian and speaking out against the porn industry and its effects on society and individuals.

In September 2014, Pauling spoke at the St. Isadore Catholic Church in Yuba City, just a few months before his arrest.

Trial ordered for ex-porn producer Pauling - Appeal-Democrat: News

A former pornography producer molested a teen girl with increasing sexual contact for three years beginning when she was 13, according to witness testimony Thursday.

According to Sutter County sheriff's Detective Robert C. Brokenbrough, Pauling first made inappropriate comments to the first victim about her lips and bottom. The comments turned into sexual acts, and Pauling first had sex with the girl in the summer of 2014. She said he used a condom until he had a vasectomy.

Brokenbrough interviewed the teen girl three times, between Nov. 30 and Jan. 28.

The girl told him that Pauling bought her lingerie — which detectives discovered in his bedroom — and photographed her in erotic and sexualized poses. She said Pauling uploaded the photos to Reddit.com

Deputy District Attorney Anu Chopra submitted 10 photos of the girl into evidence. Some of the photos included the girl posing topless, exposing her bottom, and some included other minors.

The girl told detectives she felt that if she slept with him, that he would buy her things or let her go on trips.

Once, when taking a shower, she found a recording device in the vent, she said. She told the detective that when she asked Pauling about it, he said he wanted to know what her body looked like. She said they threw the device in the river.

It's ok, he's not like other child molesters. He loves her.

It might just happen. The one newspaper is a smaller local thing that even I have never heard of, but the other is for the Sacramento area.... We'll see.

Donny tried to sell himself off as a multi-million porn producer for Playboy, then turned to God and denounce his "evil and wicked" ways. He is now up on multiple molestation charges for acts he committed while working for multiple religious groups.

Baddog didn't defend him as much as defend due process and innocent until proven guilty.
