I think many are holding on hoping the tides will change. Others saw the smoke and ran.

It's the same with my ISP at home :) I am waiting and waiting hoping they fix the issue when the resolution is switching carriers. Problem is, I just don't want to deal with switching carriers, changing equipment and setting up a new home network. I would almost rather deal with less than stellar performance than going through headaches of trying to send back my router and setup a new account elsewhere. Although as I write this statement, I am now pissed again at my ISP, but will still probably do nothing! :1orglaugh :2 cents:

If your ISP were holding your computer for ransom and saying you could only access it if you continue to use their internet service. With the promise that maybe, some day, they'll return it to you. Then yeah, it might be the same. :Oh crap

Really though, for anybody else using Zombaio, if you have ANY intention of continuing with your business - bail the fuck out right now and get yourself a new processor. Not tomorrow. Not after you've thought about it a bit more. Right. Fucking. Now.

Because if you stick with Zombaio, you're gonna lose your money. Don't be like me and end up with them stealing $14K of your cash.

Im not getting any reply from Zombaio Support \ Inquiries.....

Im still using Zombaio as primary biller for all my sites and Im getting pay in time for all new sales & rebills BUT Im still waiting for more than 6 months at the moment for pending payments before the change of ownership & new platform effective nov 1st. 2014.

What for those like my who trust & believe in Zombaio???
What else we need to do??? how much time we need to wait???

Transactions processed prior to 1st November and any historic amounts owing:

In the majority of cases, transactions processed up to and including 31st October will be settled in accordance with the present terms of business, however, as funds from the sale transaction will be released to us in stages, some accounts will be paid before others with priority being given to accounts sending new sales.

We understand that this is not ideal, but we believe it is the best way for us to ensure that everybody will be paid what they are owed and ongoing business will be settled timely. As a goodwill gesture, anybody not paid up to date by the end of November, will have interest added to the debt at the rate set by Swedish law until such time as the settlement has been made.

New agreements and more detailed information will be issued in due course, but if you have any questions about anything mentioned here then please contact your account manager or support.

Im with Zombaio I make shittie amounts like 500 dll a month I cannot afford CCbil Epoch,
Zombaio is very good at fraud protection they basically deny a lot of transaction based on country origin,

When I was with Verotel they told me I was #1 in chargebacks , they suspended my account blaming me for the chargebacks but now I see VEROTEL SUCKS they are very easy to make chargeback payments, because with zombaio I only see long time suscribers, but with VEROTEL they didnt decline anything, and when I had a surge in chargebacks they suspended my account.

Im with Zombaio because no other processor accepted my site

I haven't seen my first payment but hope they at least send me something, I'm sure Mastercard and Visa would have cancelled their processing if they where truly thieves.

Since Zombaio declines a lot of sales, I get a sense they are very care full with chargebacks. Maybe they can tell the OP they are holding the money 6 months to guard against chargebacks since its a lot of money. But even after that chargebacks can arrive even after 18 months

They are thieves . They stoped sending payouts even for active merchants. They mark payouts as sent but they don't send them at all ! On support ticked/chat they don't even reply. They will do this to all sooner or later , they plan to steal money so legal actions should be taken aganist them by all of merchants who they own money

my own personal experience with zombaio is that they have in fact screwed over many good clients....period end of story

My own personal experience with verotel is no they have not screwed over many clients but they have in fact screwed over some regardless to their claims otherwise.

You would be hard pressed to find any billler anywhere in the world that has not screwed over somebody or another.

I wish there was one biller that would come in here and say "we never ever screwed one client before"

The nature of the structure of billing will guarantee someone somewhere to be screwed out of monies eventually...that is just the way things work in a pyramid/pozi/hodge podge of shall we say middle men?

merchant accounts used to be thought of as the answer to all 3rd party billing issues however there is evidence to show that even merchant accounts can have integrity issues as well as unexplainable glitches that do effect profit revenue...period end of story

all in all what gfy has taught many to do over the years is to diversify your options and when the time does come for you to be screwed out of some money then at that time you can keep the losses to a minimum and replace the biller that screwed you today with the one that did not screw you yesterday.

I'm gettin paid... I'm one of their oldest accounts. I have them as my back up biller... and they have made effort to pay late payments... only owed a few hundred down from 3600

Im still waiting two old payments from 2014 More than 5000 usd.
All others Payments / Wires from normal Payouts are on time.
I hope to received this pending money asap.

Shopmaker may not be the usual case here, because we run more than 100 sites. But for this specific reason we need reliable billers even more urgently.

In the beginning Zombaio looked great, but when they started to postpone payments we dropped them immediately. In the end, we have to guarantee payments for our merchants, who trusted us with their content when they opened their shopmaker shop.

A service like shopmaker can only cover biller mishaps to a certain extent, before the whole thing does not make sense any more economically. And because we will never endanger the relationship with our merchants, unreliable billers have to go. Trust is a very delicate thing, and it must be earned by all parties envolved. And it can be spoiled quickly.
