I saw the writing on the wall. We switched to CCbill months ago and are working on not only a merchant but back up 3rd party billing.

Trust no one. Shit I dont even trust my momma. She says crazy shit and knows I don't eat leftovers but still tries to push them on me.

Would hate to take the last zombaio payout to visit those guys in Sweden personally but I hear they have good meatballs.

I have been seriously involved with 2 companies over the last 9 years.
I have always been a support rep nothing more. When ever clients contacted me I provided the information I got from management. If management told me payouts go out tomorrow I told our clients this because thats the information I had.

I were told by people I trusted and worked for, for 5 years what to say and if you look back on the old threads you see my tone change around mid September when I realize that Chris, Shaliza and Mark have been telling me straight lies and counted on me to give them to clients, I NEVER knowingly lied to a client. I were told as late as the end of September that everything would be OK.

I were let go from Zombaio because I got in a fight with my supervisor and told him "Fuck You don't worry it will only be a month or 2 more you have to deal with me, because I am starting a new job"
5 minutes later in the middle of the work day I were locked out of everything, got a call saying I were terminated with the reason "You are not happy"

Why this happened? I were stressed because of the issues lately and spoke out of line.

Even after getting fired and it did not end nice, I truly believe people will get paid, I have absolutely no reason to believe anything else. There might be some delays for a bit but I think things will get back on track.

Well you're just doing what is standard in this industry and in fact outside of it. But you can't tell me that over the course of years you haven't seen indications that a company is dishonest or disrespectful to customers. I'm sure you did. The thing to do ideally would have been to resign then but you chose not to do that.

Highly inaccurate to the point of annoyance. I've been following the Zombaio threads here since the beginning and not once have I seen a high revenue webmaster (or one that claimed to be) suggest they were being paid on time or before the "little guys". Baseless speculation.

We do high 5 figures a month with them and we're farther behind on payouts than the little guys with cookie crumb revenue. I see people here complaining their "payout" was late. We're about 4 payments behind right now.

What's it say when they can't pay the big guys out? We probably pay more in processing fees with them than 20 of the "little guys" put together.

The only way out is to STOP all salaries, stop all expenses, stop investing OUR money on your personal banking ventures and make good on all payouts that are due. Catch up on all payouts and after 6 months of making perfect payouts you can make an announcement that you are under new management, give everybody one month of 3% processing to attract hundreds of new accounts and get your business heading in the right direction again. The 'old' Zombaio could've taken over CCBill IF not one payout was late. You don't understand, on time payouts are the first and foremost most important issue with credit card processing. Once a payment is late, or in your case weeks late, it sends anger and fear into the minds of your clients. On time payouts should be your holiest of holy commandments. When your payouts are late, you are only fucking yourself by ruining your business' reputation.
