no sign of my money
|
Mr. Paul (zombaio) must have stirred the bees nest. I got a reply from Jesper that 3 back payouts have been sent to my bank. I have no axe to grind with Mr. Paul and I am a honest businessman that will not paint everyone with the same broad brush. I will reserve judgement and will humbly thank Mr. Paul and will continue to use zombaio if the payouts arrive as stated. As for Jesper...sorry, he has lost all credibility with me due to his lying to me many times over the last few years.

It is not my intention to be rude, so don't take it personally, but you could as well believe in Santa Claus. Make a search here on GFY and you will see that John Cavebring is still the guy who runs the show, despite the claim that Zombaio "was sold". :2 cents: |
I agree that Zombaio Paul and Tomas B. Anderson are probably fictitious. Zombaio as a company is not very transparent. No processing company needs brick and mortar in 4 countries (Cyprus, Belize, UK, US) to operate. Most people would assume that Cyprus and Belize are subterfuge.
Secondly, Zombaio Paul's title says he is in Belize. However, he sent me an email using [email protected] which I traced to 54.72.27.161 and found it to be sent from his computer using Microsoft Office Outlook 12.0 and the location is Dublin, Ireland. So I don't really know who is who or where they operate. Having said all of that, I DID GET PAID IN FULL. All past payouts (not Jan) and unsettled transactions arrived at my bank today just as Mr. Paul had told me in his email to me. I still have an issue that all payout records are missing including the current one and no one has replied about it for 4 days now. Thank you Mr. Paul for your assistance |

54.72.27.161 belongs to Amazon Web Services, Elastic Compute Cloud, EC2. In other words, the email was sent from a virtual machine running on Amazon's cloud platform in Ireland. |
Update - Incredibly and unexpectedly, we just got a payout in from Zombaio yesterday (4feb15). Not all of our money of course, but the first bit of anything since October, so it's a start, and is at least a small sign that they seem to be trying to get people paid.
Still a ridiculous situation. |

Zombaio is still holding our funds in reserve and no one is replying to us. We're getting occasional payouts from after the alleged ownership transfer but they still have a ton of our money in reserves. The way I look at it: They may as well be using our money in reserve to pay out our smaller new payouts. I agree with the others: until they resolve unsettled debts, everyone is going to view them as scam artists.

zombaio rocks, top notch program and solid. highly recommend

They still owe us money. Haven't seen another payout since Feb 5th. That was the first one in 3 or 4 months at that time. Here we are 2 months later and nothing since. I guess they are throwing out crumbs to try and quiet people down a little.

There is no good reason at all anyone should be waiting on any payouts.
Worst case Zombaio's agreement has settlements done once a day. This means that within 24 hours the funds are sent and available to them. Each transaction has a transaction ID from the bank level all the way down to the users membership. So if your waiting on funds past the agreement time you are not waiting because of any reason outside of Zombaio's control as they have already been sent the funds from the bank. So the question isn't when will you get paid or if you will get paid. The question is why aren't you getting paid or getting paid on time. Where are the funds..? If they do not have the funds to settle the accounts what did they do with the funds? (that they have no legal right to be holding) *wonder why nobody has complained to MC or Visa or the issuing bank to have the account(s) reviewed... Now if they are paying old unpaid settlements (to say account holder "A") With new funds (from say account holder "A") this brings up new questions. Where did the funds from the old settlements go? Also as the above example assumes there is funds missing then at some point the amount of new transactions will drop to a point that no new payments will be possible to pay off old unpaid settlements. Leading to the last ones out holding the burning bag of shit... Screen cap everything... Switch them off and if they don't pay you the funds legally due you. Contact Visa/MC and the issuing bank... Note that paying 1 account with funds allocated by a 2nd account is not exactly ok with Visa or MC... |

Were owed fuck all now as luckily we saw the writing on the wall the 1st payout that was late (for anyone that remembers, DMR, iBill etc history repeats itself)
REMEMBER THIS FOLKS When you use an IPSP they are a immediate chairman of your business without ever holding a share or seat at your boardroom (or moms bedroom) . Most Importantly they hold your credit card rebilling database, The rest is immaterial (have you ever tried to ask members to re-signup somewhere else?) Shout, Cry or Scream allahu akbar but at the end of the day your fucked if they cancel your account, dont pay or go bust. SPREAD THE FUCKING RISK Use your OWN merchant account and go PCI complaint but if you are too lazy or have to use an IPSP, dont for the fucking life of you use just one. Use at least 3 and change the order regularly. five is better. Different companies for each is better. You get the idea. Think- have you ever visited any IPSPs offices, met the CEO, checked out their filled accounts before you signed up - of course not, this is porn, right? Well there ya go. Would you do the same if a random guy turned up at your house and asked to be your business partner because he can offer you a billing service? STOP BITCHING - START ACTION BEFORE ITS TOO LATE Now if you want to sue Zombaio, they are only in Sweden not some Chinese Black Hosting Company based in Tonga - there accounts dept are just waiting for a statutory demand to arrive from you claiming all you are owed plus interest so stop bitching and start writing, dont need to hire a lawyer at this stage, find it on the web. Send it Fedex or Recorded and call and cause as much mayhem as possible. They'll pay. If needed follow it through with a small claims court action in Stockholm against Samport Payment Services AB - Start PM me if you want any further info. Good Luck |
I first found GFY about a year ago when doing a Google search for Zombaio regarding my late payments at the time. I've lurked around since then and figured it's about time I make a post. About Zombaio. Of course.
Like many others, I'm still owed some serious past due amounts by Zombaio. Just over 14 grand that is over 180 days (SIX MONTHS) past due. Here's the transaction IDs, the amount, and the dates. #9951618 - $5686.98 - 2014-09-21 #9952061 - $4519.07 - 2014-10-21 #9952481 - $3839.60 - 2014-11-21 For a total of $14,045.65 A fair bit of change to be missing. Which had no small part in me walking away from my website and moving on to other things. Don't give a fuck about the site anymore, so still have Zombaio processing for it, and am still getting people signing up for some godforsaken reason. So I have an open account, in good standing, and "should" be getting paid per their terms. But of course, I'm not. And never will. I'm never going to see that 14 grand. It's gone. These crooks have stolen it and are never going to pay it back. So why am I posting now? Cuz I just noticed today that all my emails inquiring about these past due amounts have mysteriously disappeared from the Inbox at my Zombaio account. No other emails have disappeared. Only those. Nice, huh? So I figure at this point I'll do my part to try and save others from making a horrible horrible mistake. If for some reason you somehow failed to heed the warnings in all these other threads. And if you're a poor schmuck who is also owed money, post what you are owed. |
best services hands down. :thumbsup

Would think visa and MC would find this strange as they have a fiduciary duty to send you your money... |

Remember all that are currently processing with this shady company, the shit will eventually hit the fan. Be wise and while you are getting paid move to a more reputable processor...or be ready for I told you so. |
Update
Just giving an update to my situation...
Paul had gotten me about half of what was owed, in drops and drabs, then it stopped. So, no change after being "Sold" But, I wasnt expecting to get any of it back TBH so I guess bonus? Pretty sad you have to beg for your own money, which I refuse to do. Would love to see someone really start a class action for these Douche bags, I would be the first to sign join up. |
