Rory made an $11,000 deal then changed it to $5,000 but insisted onthe same price break for lesser content.

Rory agreed to have props to me by a certain date and told me not to cancel the shoots even though he was not showing up.

Rory shows up after I have had to send 5 models home and gives me a check for $500 less than what we agreed on as his initial payment. For the time I sat around waiting and for the girls that got pissed off and will no longer model for me...I think Rory got away cheap at $750 for the kill fees alone.

Rory announced to GFY that he has a mental condition of some sort.

Rory told me to keep the $750.00

Rory announced to GFY that he has lost his mother over his business and personal problems.

Rory sent me a C&D that had more holes than swiss cheese.

Your showing your ignorance of contract law here Amp. A deduction such as a $150 kill fee or something of a drastic circumstance like that is required in writing, thats the law. So its not my word against his here , its him having to have a written agreement signed by me if he is going to impose such deductions. Its black and white according to the law.

The only bad thing I have done with this issue is put me behind in my Valentine's Day plans.

Absolutly , and I will be releasing a Premium AVS generator script soon that comes pre-installed with all the content. Lots of webmasters like the idea of having a script that will run out of the box creating money generating avs money plus great sponsor conversions with the awesome quality of avs premium site traffic (numbers like 1:100). This script does eveything except design the site , ie content organization , site db's, avs submission, content area creation based on your design, control sponsor banners automaitcally, set up a great way for affiliate programs who offer free content and enjoy premium avs traffic to package up there content and get it exposed in great ad spots, list goes on. The script is written using entirerly in php and requires djpeg,cjpeg,and pnmscale and a mysql db to run and thats it. Hope to be releasing it soon. I think using free content makes alot of money becuase webmasters are making money on avs sales and affiliate programs are enjoying great 1:100 ratios. Actually our first test was with hometowncash and our resulst are great .... 3,246 clicks with 25 $30/signup joins aint too bad for our testing. A) If it was as simple as you claim that I just flaked out , then why is it so hard to post dates of when I flaked out? To me it seems that you may be a bit concerned about posting a date in the wrong time-frame?

Aaron , my attorney told me to take you to small claims on the obvious lack of written 'special circumstances' kill fees in a written contract. Its simple contract law and Im sure your attorney knows that. I never will and never had the intent to ever sue you for posts on GFY , all I wanted to do was try and get you into a Rory and Aaron discussion , and it wasnt working with these boards. I am waiting for the day we can just put all of this mess behind us , as I hold no personal grudges towards you or your business , but the fact is your business owes mine $750.
