Aaron , my attorney told me to take you to small claims on the obvious lack of written 'special circumstances' kill fees in a written contract. Its simple contract law and Im sure your attorney knows that. I never will and never had the intent to ever sue you for posts on GFY , all I wanted to do was try and get you into a Rory and Aaron discussion , and it wasnt working with these boards. I am waiting for the day we can just put all of this mess behind us , as I hold no personal grudges towards you or your business , but the fact is your business owes mine $750. If you honestly wanna go to court over an obvioulsy cut and dry contract case then please shoot me an icq or email at rory at newoutbreakmedia.com and we can get the small claims paperwork rolling. I don't wanna go to court, you don't wanna go to court , and seriously talk to your lawyer about the contract law governing you and the lack of a written contract describing such kill fees before you request we go to court with this.
