Your showing your ignorance of contract law here Amp. A deduction such as a $150 kill fee or something of a drastic circumstance like that is required in writing, thats the law. So its not my word against his here , its him having to have a written agreement signed by me if he is going to impose such deductions. Its black and white according to the law.
I think thats BS that I shouldnt be concerned with what Aaron is doing with my money ... the money was payed a sa deposit , not as a present. I payed him to do shoots , he claims that I flaked and cost him money even though he won't offer dates or names or any info about why , other than Kill Fees ... $750. Im glad that you are friends and back up aaron, I honestly have nothing against the guy and for the time I knew him he was a very cool guy , but this is business and someone has taken my money , and iam going to do what it takes to get that money back. Alot of people reading this would be kicking and screaming for there money as well.
