Oh yeah...Because you do not have a leg to stand on and if your attorney is worth the cost of his paper...He told you the same fucking thing and then offered to take it to court if you gave him a retainer. Just guessing here.. How far off am I? If you give him a retainer...please make note that it is most likely NOT a refundable deposit.
