I had to upload docs 5x with epassporte in the past, verifying myself over n over n over n over, yet back then no one was bitching, epassporte was GOD!

Was it Chris or Ruth? My advice is if you feel like you are running into a wall with it then contacting either one of them will get it resolved the fastest and they are very easy to find. I have not worked with Chris but if his work ethic is anything like Ruth's then the problem will be resolved quickly. Put it in his hands

I wouldn't send scans of important docs via email as it's insecure. There is no encryption used, so anything relaying packets between your computer and google can capture the data. (It seems paxum use google for handling mail, so if you email them docs, it lands at google...)

I decided to sign up with paxum when I said I wouldn't after epass.

I've uploaded my drivers license about 3 - 4 times, all rejected and now they emailed me for a pic of my passport.

They actually asked me to take a pic of myself holding my drivers license. I thought that was kinda strange.

I feel everyones frustration with the verification issue. We take security very serious. I'll put it pretty blunt .. it sucks that some people are having to take these extra steps but I'm sure you all can respect the fact that we are going to play by the rules and not put anyones money at risk.

We are in the business of getting you your money - it does us no good to hold onto your money and it hurts us when we have to deny an account or ask for further proof.

Its not an extra step chris why would account holders will do it again and again and again? Scanned 3 times then ask for documents again and again. Is that annoying?

Chris, did you not see the epassporte threads almost IDENTICAL to this. ? people get pissed when they send you a bunch of id, fill out forms , then a month later you ask for the EXACT same info you just asked for.

Please explain to us the same thing i asked epassporte.

#1 why do you need the same id you already asked for ?
#2 where do you keep our id's ?
#3 who has access to these id's

Payoneer asked me for the same stuff , then months later we hear they let israeli terrorists steal people's payoneer identity and use it to fund murders.. not theoretical murders but real murders.

p.s. i signed up for a business account in the hopes it would be cheaper to process large amounts of transactions, but from the looks of it there is no difference other than business accounts pay larger fees ? can you explain the benefits of a business account.

#1 why do you need the same id you already asked for ? - quality of the scan could of been of poor quality or something one of the verification people saw raised a red flag to them.


#2 where do you keep our id's ? - a secured server.

#3 who has access to these id's - Employee's that have gone through extensive training and checks. No remote employee's have access to this information.

yes im sure it is very annoying and frustrating but sadly within this business fraud is massive. If you have been asked for the same documents repeatedly the verification team see's something that is raising concern with them that would make them request it again.

Some accounts are being asked to resubmit documents in error. if your account is asking for these documents but is still saying you are verified please submit a ticket and it should be taken care of.


As for id storage - I'm not going to go into details on gfy in regards to who what when where and why regarding security measures as i'm sure you can respect. I'm really not sure what v_rocks is referring to but i can assure you we have support staff in many languages ... including English.

If someone was given a response in another language than what they speak i'd encourage that person to email/call/icq us and let us know about it and it will be addressed internally.

In December last year I opened my paxum account.
I uploaded a couple of scans I already had lying around and was planning to scan some more and upload them later that day. I went out to grab something to eat. When I got back I noticed I already had an email from paxum support telling me they had reviewed my docs and explaining to me exactly what other documents they needed. I scanned them, uploaded them... 17 hours later my account was approved.

After the epass fiasco I will never use another online adult payment solution. Checks and Paypal work just fine for me now (yes some adult sponsors do pay by paypal)

I use Paxum and Payoneer, never leave money in there, as soon as it hits, it gets taken out or pay somone else with it . Very simple and it works

I verified my account in a day, maybe hours.
Also, i submitted a bug report to them about file sizes of uploaded documents.
Max limit was 1MB and paxum says maximum is 5MB.That was a few months ago, i don't know for now.
