Some accounts are being asked to resubmit documents in error. if your account is asking for these documents but is still saying you are verified please submit a ticket and it should be taken care of.
As for id storage - I'm not going to go into details on gfy in regards to who what when where and why regarding security measures as i'm sure you can respect.
