I feel everyones frustration with the verification issue. We take security very serious. I'll put it pretty blunt .. it sucks that some people are having to take these extra steps but I'm sure you all can respect the fact that we are going to play by the rules and not put anyones money at risk.
We are in the business of getting you your money - it does us no good to hold onto your money and it hurts us when we have to deny an account or ask for further proof.

Its not an extra step chris why would account holders will do it again and again and again? Scanned 3 times then ask for documents again and again. Is that annoying?
