Paxum I am tired of this.
I upload my documents 3 times already they asking for this ID is this technical error or what? I keep uploading my document but it keep asking me again and again!

You are tired of that lil technical error? Email your docs to one of the reps...
I had to upload docs 5x with epassporte in the past, verifying myself over n over n over n over, yet back then no one was bitching, epassporte was GOD! |

I wouldn't send scans of important docs via email as it's insecure. There is no encryption used, so anything relaying packets between your computer and google can capture the data. (It seems paxum use google for handling mail, so if you email them docs, it lands at google...)

I decided to sign up with paxum when I said I wouldn't after epass.

I feel everyones frustration with the verification issue. We take security very serious. I'll put it pretty blunt .. it sucks that some people are having to take these extra steps but I'm sure you all can respect the fact that we are going to play by the rules and not put anyones money at risk. We are in the business of getting you your money - it does us no good to hold onto your money and it hurts us when we have to deny an account or ask for further proof. Chris |

Still amazes me people trust fly by night pseudo banks after all the shit that went down with epassporte and many others. There is no recourse with pseudo banks they can and probably will disappear with your money someday...

In December last year I opened my paxum account. I uploaded a couple of scans I already had lying around and was planning to scan some more and upload them later that day. I went out to grab something to eat. When I got back I noticed I already had an email from paxum support telling me they had reviewed my docs and explaining to me exactly what other documents they needed. I scanned them, uploaded them... 17 hours later my account was approved. |
After the epass fiasco I will never use another online adult payment solution. Checks and Paypal work just fine for me now (yes some adult sponsors do pay by paypal)

I verified my account in a day, maybe hours.
Also, i submitted a bug report to them about file sizes of uploaded documents. Max limit was 1MB and paxum says maximum is 5MB.That was a few months ago, i don't know for now. |
