Why not fly her down to Jamaica or something for 2 days? Call her employer, let them know and keep it hush-hush... take her out to dinner the night before like you're planning, some dancing maybe afterwards, and then instead of driving home, drive to the airport and get on a fucking plane... BAM the next thing she knows she's in sunny Jamaica watching the sun rise on her 30th birthday with her one and only true love...

I checked out Coppola's estate in Napa Valley. That was OFF THE HOOK. Unbeatable in terms of spread and where else can you chill with the desk from the Godfather movies?.......talk about BP4L

My brother rented, for a week, a large, beautiful house (mansion type) on an ocean side cliff that has a private beach, the house is stocked, and has all of the amenities (in doors and out doors) one could want. I am pretty sure it is in Oregon, but I also suspect that it is booked well in advance. I just now placed a call to him to see if he remembers the name and/or URL (I had to leave a message). If you are interested I will post the info when he returns my call.
